Anyone who has anything other than just a television in their family room knows the despair of having more than one remote to control their system. At one point we had FIVE.
If you have a Television, Cable Box and DVD player you are already up to three remotes. To watch television you have to turn the TV on with the TV remote; turn the Cable Box on with the Cable Box Remote and if you have Surround Sound you have to turn the AV Receiver on with Receiver remote. THEN you have to set the Television to the proper input; set the AV Receiver to the proper function and volume and then you can grab the Cable Box Remote and start watching Television - Seems like a lot of work just to watch television!
A Harmony Universal Remote from Logitech can change all that and make watching television; a DVD or even listening to CD's easy with a touch of one button on one remote! This replacement remote control will turn on your television; cable box; av receiver; and set them all to the correct inputs with the touch of one button. Amazing and Affordable.
I have used to Harmony 1100, the Harmony One and the Harmony 659. I have to say that I really enjoy the Harmony One if your system is not hidden behind a cabinet and all of your components are in "line of sight" with your Television. The remote control programming is easy if you have a computer - the software asks you questions, you answer them, the program adds the remote control code necessary, update the remote via a USB cable that plugs into your computer and voila you are done.
These remotes make great gifts and I highly recommend them.

Hi West - well done on your first commercial hub! I've got a little tip for which you can use or discard, it's up to you, lol :) You can edit your summary text (while in edit mode) so that it includes your keyphrase, this will help with search engine results position.
