NHT Absolute Zero Speakers

Do not let these little boxes fool you, they sound much bigger than they really are. Throw that size thing right out of the window and listen to a pair of NHT’s Classic Absolute Zero's.

Go ahead, I dare you to try and find a better little speaker than these little giants for the money (under $300.00 for the pair).  With their acoustic suspension design, 5.25 inch polypropylene cone midrange/woofer and 1 inch aluminum dome tweeter these little babies deliver accurate bass and a robust clean sound without coloration (no additional frequencies, overtone or harmonics). 

These new Classic Zero's are NHT’s fourth generation “mini monitors” and somehow these guys just seem to find a way to make them better each time. The new soft corner cabinet and grill design coupled with that great piano gloss black finish (also available in gloss white too) make the Absolute Zero a thing of beauty and a speaker that fits just about any décor.

NHT’s Absolute Zero can be used in just about any application: stereo listening, auxiliary speakers in the den and bedroom or surround sound front/rear speakers as well. I have a pair of Absolute Zero’s in my living room for stereo listening coupled with a Velodyne Acoustics sub woofer and they sound just awesome with my Denon receiver.

NHT has also announced that the new Absolute Tower will be released this month.  The first new speaker that NHT has come out with in 4 years.  The Absolute Tower is an Absolute Zero on steroids with extended bass in a tower design.  I am really looking forward to getting my hands on these for an evaluation.
